Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise to retrain the body's stability. Control of
the pelvis and spine, using the core stability muscles, is essential in
preventing joint and muscle problems especially back, hips and knee
dysfunction.
The core muscles are deep muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvis, that work
together to stabilise the trunk.
Pilates classes are held at both our clinics by our Pilates specialist
Marta Soteras and Xavier Serra
We advise having a 1:1 session with Marta to be assessed and shown how to do
the exercises.
